1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SlideVoiceAI platform and services (the "Services"), including slidevoiceai.com, the SlideVoiceAI workspace, and all AI-powered features we provide. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Definitions

SlideVoiceAI / we: The operator of the SlideVoiceAI platform.
User / you: An individual or organization that registers for and uses the Services.
Services: The SlideVoiceAI SaaS platform, AI-powered presentation and video features, and related tools.
AI Output: Content (narration, captions, video, audio) generated by AI/LLM providers via the platform.

3. The Services

SlideVoiceAI is an AI-powered platform that converts slides and presentations into narrated videos with synthesized voice, captions, and automated editing. Features include slide-to-video conversion, AI narration, voice customization, caption generation, and video export. We may modify, add, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Accounts and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to:

Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the platform
Use AI features to generate prohibited, deceptive, or infringing content
Resell or sublicense access to the Services without written authorization

We may suspend or terminate access for violations without prior notice.

5. AI Features and Outputs

SlideVoiceAI uses AI to generate narrations, synthesize voices, and produce video content based on your uploaded slides and instructions. You understand and agree that:

AI outputs are generated and may not be perfect; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before use
You retain ownership of content you upload; you grant us a limited license to process it to deliver the Services
We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs derived from your content
AI narration may not fully replicate the nuance of human speakers

6. Intellectual Property

SlideVoiceAI and its original content, features, and technology are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain rights to your uploaded slides and source materials. AI-generated outputs based on your content are owned by you, subject to the terms of any underlying AI model providers.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlideVoiceAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure. AI outputs are provided for informational and creative purposes and should be reviewed before reliance.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SlideVoiceAI, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
